Add the products you use and how often you change or use them. The planner shows boxes per month and per 3 months, totals your use by Medicare HCPCS code next to the usual maximums in LCD L33828, estimates cash cost from the lowest price we found, and prints a reorder checklist.

How it works: units per month = units each time × 30 ÷ days between (a month is counted as 30 days). Boxes are rounded up. The Medicare comparison uses the HCPCS code stated for the selected size, or for the product when it lists a single code. Sizes with more than one listed code are not totaled, because the supplier decides which code to bill. Cost uses one retailer's price on the date shown and leaves out shipping and tax.
